Responsible for overall operation of the repair station, is the accountable manager to the FAA, EASA and ICR customers.

Coordinates technical questions, interfaces with OEM and customers on issues concerning technical data and clarification. Supports shop on new repair development and technical issues.

Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable, production of reports to track cost and income. Works with Purchasing Manager to control cost.

Responsible for all communications with ICR customers. Coordinates all customer service functions; including reports to all customers on current status of their components at ICR. Responsible for all quotes to customers and potential customers. Also, responsible for all IT functions at ICR.

Responsible for all purchasing requirements, this includes forecasting all components needed and managment of stock room. Works with Accounting Manager to control cost. Also, responsible for communications for assigned customers including status reports, quotes, and scrap/unserviceable notifications.

Responsible for Compliance at ICR, this includes in-house audits, customer audits, daily checks in all areas. All requirements and communication with the FAA and ICR customers and suppliers

Responsible for all incoming inspection functions and assist with NDT inspections.

Responsible for all NDT and inspection process at ICR.

Responsible for Maintenance, Inspection, Purchasing, Material Management, Shipping, Production Control & Customer Service, ensure daily communication between all ICR departments.

Responsible for all Maintenance technicians, ensure tech data is current, shop organization, communication and cleanliness.

Responsible for communications for assigned customers including status reports, quotes, and scrap/unserviceable notifications.

Responsible for assigning ICR internal Service Orders, processing of scrap parts, and assist in all areas.
