Our repair shop is located 40 miles due west of Atlanta, Georgia which makes it very convenient to the Atlanta Hartsfield / Jackson International Airport.
With over 16,000 square feet of climate controlled working area, we have plenty of room to repair components using all the right tools and equipment.
ICR Front Shop
This area contains receiving, shipping, final inspection, tube / duct repair cell, tube bending, welding, machining, stock room, and technical publications.
Tooling Storage Area
This area contains racks that store our tooling fixtures and some raw materials.
Non-Destructive Testing / Inspection
Our X-Ray room lets us inspect parts both before and after a repair to ensure the repair meets all applicable standards. We can also perform flourescent penetrant inspections (FPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and ultra-sonic testing.
Shot Peen Cabinet
Our Shot Peen cabinet allows us to shot peen various components requiring this process.
Tubing Repair and Replication
If a tube can be repaired using approved procedures we can repair it. However, sometimes the defects cannot be repaired to acceptable standards. In that case, we can simply replicate the tube in-house using our tubing coordinate measuring machine (CMM) along with our CNC tube bender. This ensures the tube is an exact copy of the original.
